A 3‑month, self-driven training plan to help new runners with a bit of experience comfortably complete a 5K. Participants run 4 times per week with a gradual build-up of distance and confidence, focusing on easy pacing, consistency, and injury prevention. This is designed for motivated beginners who want structure, accountability, and a clear path to running 5K without stopping.
